OPENING A NEW PHARMACY

If you're opening a new pharmacy, we guarantee working with VIP will be the smoothest part of your experience.  We will custom build your system to perfectly meet your store's needs, and coordinate with your contractors and service providers to lay out exact wiring plans and technical specifications, simplifying the installation process.  VIP will be with you every step of the way to set up your electronic claims, coordinate with your wholesalers, provide on-site installation, as well as training in the pharmacy or before you open in our offices and online.  We promise to make sure you have exactly what you need to be ready for your grand opening.  

CONVERTING FROM ANOTHER SYSTEM

VIP Pharmacy Systems handles the majority of data conversions from other pharmacy systems in-house to ensure that we get your data correct when you go live. We will, on occasion, work with a third party for converting specific systems, but always rely on our own in-house testing to confirm that your data is exactly as it should be. We will coordinate the transfer and conversion of information, and schedule the data conversion around the best time for your pharmacy so as to make the transition as seamless as possible. We'll also provide training beforehand and in-person after you go live to ensure you feel comfortable with your new system, and will be immediately available should any questions arise. 
We know that converting to a new system can be taxing for you and your staff.  That's why VIP is committed to providing you the best possible customer service, especially leading up to and after your store goes live with our system.  Converting an existing store or opening a new one is process that our staff understands and values, and promise to give you our utmost attention.
